Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground pork
- 1.5 T Aleppo pepper
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 T garlic
- 1.5 t salt
- 1 t white pepper
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/2 t cumin
- 2 t cayenne
- 1/4 t cloves
- 1/4 t coriander
- 1/3 c white vinegar
- 1.5 T water
Preparation

1. Mix everything. Refrigerate 1-2 days before eating or freezing.
