Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground pork
  • 1.5 T Aleppo pepper
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 1 T garlic
  • 1.5 t salt
  • 1 t white pepper
  • 1/2 t oregano
  • 1/2 t cumin
  • 2 t cayenne
  • 1/4 t cloves
  • 1/4 t coriander
  • 1/3 c white vinegar
  • 1.5 T water

1. Mix everything. Refrigerate 1-2 days before eating or freezing.
