Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 1/2 Cups Del Monte Garlic Salsa
- Sour Cream
- Lime Wedge
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet, brown chicken in oil over medium-high heat. 4-5 minutes per side. Reduce heat and pour salsa over chicken; cook 2 minutes. Serve with dollop of sour cream and squeeze lime. Serve with rice.
