Ingredients
- 6 1-inch thick pork chops
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled
- 6 thin slices lemon
- Onion salt
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange chops and potatoes in a shallow roasting pan. Top each chop with a lemon slice. Sprinkle chops and potatoes with onion salt and sage. Mix tomato sauce with 1 Tbsp water and pour into pan.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. (Check liquid halfway through cooking, add some water if necessary.)
