Ingredients
- 2 cups Biscuit mix
- 2 Lightly beaten eggs
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Club soda
- ½ cup Chopped Canadian bacon
- ½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Snipped chives
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, combine the biscuit mix, eggs & oil. Add club soda & stir until smooth. Gently fold in Canadian bacon, cheese & chives. Bake in a prepared heated waffle iron according to manufacturer’s directions until golden brown.
