Apple pie

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs tart apples, cored, peeled, and sliced.
  • 1 T lemon juice, throw this on the apples as soon as they're cut.
  • 2 T flour
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • Topping
  • 2/3 c flour
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 1/3 c butter

Preparation

Step 1

combine and refrigerate

Pulse in cuisinart until combined, and refrigerate.Preheat over to 400F.
Roll out crust. Put in filling. Sprinkle topping on top.
Bake 40-45 minutes, till the crust is nice and golden brown on the sides, and juices are bubbling
