Ingredients
- 2 lbs tart apples, cored, peeled, and sliced.
- 1 T lemon juice, throw this on the apples as soon as they're cut.
- 2 T flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- dash of salt
- Topping
- 2/3 c flour
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1/3 c butter
Preparation
Step 1
combine and refrigerate
Pulse in cuisinart until combined, and refrigerate.Preheat over to 400F.
Roll out crust. Put in filling. Sprinkle topping on top.
Bake 40-45 minutes, till the crust is nice and golden brown on the sides, and juices are bubbling
