Blueberry Coffe Cake

Ingredients

  • For Topping:
  • 2 c. - flour
  • 3/4 c. - sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. - baking powder
  • 1 - egg
  • 3/4 tsp. - salt
  • 1/4 c. - shortening
  • 3/4 c. - milk
  • 2 c. - blueberries (frozen!)
  • 1/2 c. - sugar
  • 1/3 c. - flour
  • 1/2 tsp. - cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. - butter

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients but the blueberries. Fold in blueberries. Sprinkle topping over batter.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 45-60 minutes.
