Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• Cream Cheese Icing
• 1 stick margarine
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 box conf sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together dry ingredients

Mix wet ingredients

Add 2 cups pumpkin

Mix everything together
Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes

use 9x13 pan
Cream Cheese Icing
Beat together well with mixer
Ice cake right in pan

Cake must be cool before cake is iced.
