Ingredients
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 16oz pkg frozen pork dumplings or potstickers
- 1 red bell pepepr, cut into matchsticks
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 14oz pkg coleslaw mix
- chopped peanuts for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare dressing- Warm peanut butter in small bowl in microwave for 30 sec, whisk in vinegar, oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and chili sauce, stir in ginger. Cook dumplings according to directions. While dumplings are cooking, prepare red peppers and scallions, combine with slaw, add dressing before serving, divide dumplings among plates, top with slaw and peanuts...
