Ingredients
- CRUST
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 2 sticks margarine
- CHEESE FILLING
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup cool whip from 16 oz container
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- PUDDING FILLING
- 2 pkgs instant lemon pudding
- 3 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
CRUST
1) Blend margarine, flour and nuts with a fork. Press on bottom of a buttered 13X9 inch pan.
2) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour, or until lightly browned.
3) Cool one hour
CHEESE FILLING
1) Beat cheease with sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Blend well with spoon.
2) Spread on cooked crust.
PUDDING FILLING
1) Mix pudding with milk and let set until thick.
2) Spread on cheese layer.
3) Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding.
4) Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
5) Refrigerate
