Ingredients
- 6 each Bone-in Pork Chops
- 1 large jar of Sourkraut
- 1 large Granny Smith Apple cut in bite size chunks
- 1 large Fuji Apple cut in bite size chunks
- 1 large Walla Walla sweet onion diced or sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Season and seer 6 bone-in Pork chops. I like to season with Garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper (both sides). Place over top of sauerkraut mixture, cover and let cook accordingly.
Oven Roaster 3 to 6 hours on 300deg. depending on your oven and what type of roaster you are using stoneware or metal.
Crock Pot 3 to 4 hours on high
Serve with mash potatoes and a vegetable
