Swedish Potatoes

Ingredients

• 10 large potatoes
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 -8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 2 tsp. onion salt
• pinch of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and mash potatoes very fine. Add all ingredients. Put in greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Make ahead, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serves 10-12.
