Nonnie's green bean salad

Ingredients

  • 12 oz green beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Boil beans, onions and garlic for a few minutes - chill immediately. Add tomatoes vinegar and olive oil to cooked beans. Salt and pepper to taste.
