Ingredients
- 1 Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 T butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk and egg with cornbread mix. Stir just to moisten. Add remaining ingredients. Put in a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 25 to 40 minutes.
