Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, heaping
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 bananas, mashed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. Line an 8x8 square baking pan with no-stick foil. Mix all ingredients together. Press dough into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool, cut into bars and enjoy!
