Ingredients

  • 1 cup matzah meal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt pepper mrs dash
  • Chicken fat
  • Chicken soup

Preparation

Step 1

Make 2 mixes in two bowls, powder/liquid.

Bowl 1. Matzah meal. Salt, pepper, Mrs Dash, garlic, and onion powder.

Bowl 2. Eggs, chicken fat, 3 tablespoons chicken soup.

Mix both mixes together. Then refrigerate 30 minutes. Make balls with medium sized cookie scoop. Bring chicken soup to a low boil add balls slightly cover 30 minutes.
