Ingredients
- 5 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the carrots, raisins, marshmallows and pineapple together. Mix mayo with pineapple juice and pour over the salad. Stir together and refrigerate overnight.
