Ingredients
- 5 lbs. potatoes
- 8 oz. whipped cream cheese with chives
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 6 tbsp. butter, divided
- 2 cups heavy cream (gradually add it to desired consistency)
- Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in salted water until tender.
Heat oven to 375 degrees, grease a 13x9 baking dish.
Combine potatoes, cream cheese, garlic salt, black pepper, 4 tbsp. butter, and heavy cream.
Dot butter on top of potatoes and sprinkle with paprika.
Cook for 30 minutes
