Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp beef boullion
- 1/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1 large onion- diced
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 36 oz V8 or tomato juice
- 1 small head of cabbage chopped
- sauerkraut (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
brown meat and onions. mix spices, rice and juice into meat. layer cabbage in crock pot. if using kraut, put it on top of cabbage. meat mixture over cabbage. cook on low 6-8hours.
