White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients

• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 \2 c butter flavored shortening
• 1 \2 c brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2-7oz jars jiffy raspberry muffin mix
• 3 \4 c flour
• 1 1\2 c chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together cream cheese, shortening & brown sugar until combined
Add eggs beating after each addition
Mix in muffin mixm& flour until just combined
Add white chocolate chips & stir until incorporated
Chill dough for at least 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line baking sheet with silpat mat or grease lightly
Scoop cookie dough mix onto baking sheet
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on edged
Im between baking batches make sure to store the dough in fridge
