Red Onion Roasted

Ingredients

  • 3 large red onions, cut in wedges
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for milchig meal)

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 425
line a baking pan with parchment paper
place wedges on sheet in a single layer
mix all ingredients and pour over onions
bake for 45 minutes
