Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1/2pound1/2 pound dry small shell pasta
- 3/4cup3/4 cup sliced baby dill pickles
- 2/3cup2/3 cup cheddar cheese, diced
- 3tablespoons3 tablespoons white onion, finely diced
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons dill
- 1/2cup1/2 cup pickle juice
- 2/3cup2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3cup1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/8teaspoon1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4tablespoons4 tablespoons pickle juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Boil pasta al dente, according to package, then run under cold water to stop cooking.
Toss cold pasta and 1/2 cup pickle juice, then set aside for 5 minutes.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
