  • DRESSING:
  • 1/2 pound 1/2 pound dry small shell pasta
  • 3/4 cup 3/4 cup sliced baby dill pickles
  • 2/3 cup 2/3 cup cheddar cheese, diced
  • 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons white onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons dill
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup pickle juice
  • 2/3 cup 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 tablespoons 4 tablespoons pickle juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Boil pasta al dente, according to package, then run under cold water to stop cooking.

Toss cold pasta and 1/2 cup pickle juice, then set aside for 5 minutes.

Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
