Riced Broccoli with Garlic and Parmesan

This is a REALLY fast and easy, delicious side dish. Parmesan and garlic add a gush of flavor to either Riced Broccoli or Cauliflower. It's really good for you and no one's the worst for not knowing!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 (12-ounce) package Riced Cauliflower or Broccoli
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
2. Stir in Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower & Broccoli and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
