Ingredients
- 12 oz angel hair
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 \2 c chicken stock
- 1 pint creamy Caesar dressing
- 1 \2 c parm. cheese
- 2 tbdp. lemon juice
- 1 \4 c chopped flat leaf parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta until all denote, reserve 1 c pasta water
In s skillet cookmchicken breast about5-6 minutes preside, transfer to an cutting board and let rest then slice into strips, wipe skillet clean
Fry bacon until crispy, drain bacon on paper towel lined plate
Add garlic saute for about 1 minute
Pour chicken stock to deglaze pan & reduce down slightly, stir in Caesar dressing bring to a simmer
If thensauce ismto thick gradually pasta water about 1\4 c at a time until desired consistency,
Add parm. cheese, lemon juice & parsley
