Ingredients
- 1 15.5 oz. can Goya chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped (I use a little bit of onion, very strong)
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped (I use mini or English cucumber)
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. each garlic powder and oregano
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation

Toss all ingredients together and chill
