Fried Potato Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes 1/4 cup milk
  • 6 tble flour 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 egg 1/4 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine potatoes, flour, egg, milk and onion in bowl; mix well. Drop by spoonful into hot oil in skillet. Brown on both sides, pressing with spatula to flatten.
