Step 1

Make a simple syrup of 3 1/2 c water and 1 1/2 c sugar. Let cool. Then mix syrup and 2 c (from 10 lemons) fresh lemon juice and pour in glass 9/13 baking dish. Let freeze up to 3 days. Break up with fork and can serve that way or let melt a bit and serve as a slushie in a cup and add the squeeze of 1 lemon wedge and drop wedge into glass.
