Ingredients
- Wild salmon fillet
- 2/3 c plain breadcrumbs
- 2/3 c grated,Parm. cheese
- 1/4 c parsley finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 c melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 400
Place salmon fillet skin side down
Mix together breadcrumbs, Parm. cheese and garlic In a small bowl. Pour in the melted butter
Using your hands mix the ingredients together until the breadcrumbs absorb the butter
Pour the mixture over the salmon, pressing it into the until the fillet is completely covered
Bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and the salmon flakes with a fork
