Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Crushed honey roasted nuts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 apples peeled and diced into small pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Put apples and 1/4 cup brown sugar in small pan and melt; reduce until it thickens; Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla, and 1/2 of nuts. Add the cooled apple mixture. Mix well. Place in serving bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with remaining nuts; serve with fruit as a dip.
