Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups halved cherry tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together oil, vinegar, herbs, sugar and salt in a small bowl until combined.
Put tomatoes in a serving dish, add dressing, and gently stir to coat. Cover tightly and chill at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours. Gently stir to coat tomatoes before serving.
