- 4 cups Napa cabbage, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon tamari
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 (or more) ounces roasted or grilled chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
