Ingredients
- 1 lb. large shrimp
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 clovers garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- lemon wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Shell shrimp and clean. Dry on paper towel. Melt butter in casserole dish in oven. Add garlic and 1/2 parsley. Mix well. Arrange shrimp in single layer, bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Turn shrimp, sprinkle with lemon peel, lemon juice and remaining parsley. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
