Lemonies (like Brownies)

Glaze has to set 3-4 hours. (Good and look like this!) Set best overnight. (cut them small...the square pan is plenty for most events.)

Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 3/4 C White Chocolate Chips
• 1 Stick of Butter, Melted
• 2 Eggs
• 3/4 C Sugar
• 1/4 C Lemon Juice
• 1 3/4 C Flour
• Pinch of Salt
• 2 C Powdered Sugar
• 1/4 C Lemon Juice
• Lemon Zest

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Prepare and 8x8 pan with parchment and spray with Pam

Melt chocolate and let cool.
Whisk in eggs, butter, sugar and lemon juice until combined.
Whisk in Flour and Salt until combined. Don't over mix

Bake 28 minutes until a knife comes out without batter on it.

Make glaze with powdered sugar and lemon juice until pourable consistency. Pour over warm Lemonies. Top with Lemon Zest.

Let sit at room temp until glaze sets up, usually 3-4 hours.
