Ingredients
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 lb Smithfield andoville sausage
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can ro-tel
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails off)
- 1 can kidney beans
Preparation
Step 1
Chop and cook peppers, onion, and sausage in a large pot over med-high heat. Until veggies are tender. Add broth and ro-tel and bring to a boil. Stir in beans and shrimp. Simmer 6min. covered.
