Ingredients
- 1/2 5 lb bag red potatoes
- Robust Italian Dressing
- 1 cup Hellman's dressing
- 1 Tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 cup scallions or red onion
- salt, pepper, oregano, and dill to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Wash, scrub and cube potatoes. Boil potatoes for about 15 minutes, or until fork can easily poke through cube with out breaking apart. Drain potatoes in colander and rinse. Rinse the pot. While still warm place potatoes back in pot. Drizzle Italian dressing over the hot potatoes so that they soak in the dressing's flavor as they cool. Allow potatoes to cool completely. Once cool, poor potatoes into mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Add onions. Add salt, pepper, oregano and dill weed to taste. Garnish with hard boiled egg and paprika.
