Key Lime Pie Snack Mix

This mix of graham cereal, pretzels, marshmallows, white chocolate and lime zest is reminiscent of Key lime pie. Pop a handful in a May basket and make a neighbor happy.

Ingredients

• 1 (12-ounce) bag white chocolate chips
• Zest from 2 limes, finely minced
• Juice of 1/2 lime
• 5 cups graham cereal (such as Golden Grahams)
• 2 cups small pretzel twists
• 2 cups mini marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Melt white chocolate chips in 25-second intervals in the microwave, stirring between each, until just smooth. Stir in three-fourths of the lime zest.

In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels and marshmallows. Pour white chocolate over and stir gently to coat. Spread everything out on baking sheet to cool. When cool and chocolate is set, spritz with lime juice and scatter remaining lime zest over the top.
