Ingredients
- 4 lbs jerky
- 1 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup liquid smoke
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 6 tablespoons seasoned salt
- 4 tablespoons garlic powder
- 5 tablespoons onion powder
Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk together until salt dissolves
2. Soak meat in marinade at least overnight (pref 24 or 48 hours) in sealed container in fridge
3. Dehydrate meat for 4-8 hours
