    lbs jerky

  • 1 1/2

    cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1

    cup liquid smoke

  • 3

    tablespoons salt

  • 6

    tablespoons seasoned salt

  • 4

    tablespoons garlic powder

  • 5

    tablespoons onion powder

Directions

1. Whisk together until salt dissolves 2. Soak meat in marinade at least overnight (pref 24 or 48 hours) in sealed container in fridge 3. Dehydrate meat for 4-8 hours
