Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 (10.5-ounce) package miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
- White chocolate melts
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter on low heat and add marshmallows and cook until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in cereal. Press into the bottom of a cookie sheet that was sprayed with cooking spray.
Let them set up for about 30 minutes before using a round cookie cutter to cut out baseballs
Then I melted some white chocolate in a glass pie pan. I dipped one side into the white chocolate. I discovered that the texture didn’t coat super well so I used a spoon to add some more white chocolate to the dipped tops and then smoothed them with an off-set spatula.
Once they set up (about 30 minutes) I used a red gel cake decorating tube to make the baseball stitching.
