Beef Stew - Crockpot

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds meat, in cubes
• 5 potatoes, cut in chunks
• 9 carrots, cut in chunks
• 1 large onion, halved and wrapped in cheesecloth
• sprinkle of garlic powder
• 2 envelopes of brown gravy mix
• 6 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

Place ingredients in crockpot in order listed. Turn crockpot on low and cook for 8-10 hours.
