Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3-4 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 bag mixed veggies
- 4 potatoes or 4 cups frozen cubed potatoes
- Cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta shreds
Preparation
Step 1
Heat water, bouillon cubes, onion, celery, veggies and potatoes until soft.
Add soup and cheese; simmer until cheese melts.
