Ingredients
- #2 can of Dole crushed pineapple, reserving syrup
- 2 c biscuit mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- nutmeg or cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple, saving 2/3 c of syrup. Thoroughly mix syrup with biscuit mix, egg and sugar. Pour into greased 8-9" square pan. Cover top evenly with pineapple. Sprinkle with brown sugar, little nutmeg or cinnamon. Bake 400 for 25-30 minutes
