Ingredients
- 8 oz. cauliflower florets
- 1 tsp parsley
- 3 light dashes of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. EVOO
- 2 tbsp. butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place florets on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
2. Drizzle with oil, butter, salt and pepper.
3. Roast at 400 degrees about 20-30 minutes, until tender.
4. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley before serving.
