Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. shrimp
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves finely minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro + garnish
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Toss shrimp with salt. Wok on high heat to hot. Coat with 1 tsp. olive oil until lightly smoking. Add half the shrimp in one layer; cook until golden - 10 sec.' turn over for 10 sec. Remove, then repeat with remaining shrimp using another tsp. oil. Remove
Reduce heat to medium high and add remaining oil. Add garlic and cook but don't brown. Add paprika then shrimp. Reduce heat slightly then cook until shrimp are just opaque. Stir in parsley, cilantro, and lemon juice.
Serve with pan juices spooned over shrimp
