Grilled To Perfection Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 Medium Potatoes, cute into 1" cubes
  • 2 Large onions, halved and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Sour Cream, optional

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Divide mixture between two double thickness of heavy duty foil (about 18" square). Fold foil around misture and seal tightly.

Grill, covered, over medium heat for 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning once. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape. Serive with sour cream, if desired.
