Overnight Oats - Banana Bread Flavored

All the delicious warm spices of banana bread are added to these easy to prepare overnight oats.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup 1% milk
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup slightly rounded Rolled Qats
- 2 Tablespoons plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 banana, 1/2 mashed and 1/2 sliced
- honey (optional)
- chopped toasted pecans (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt; set aside.
2. Mix mashed bananas and greek yogurt together, set aside.
To assemble:
3. Place oats into cup.
4. Pour milk mixture overtop oats.
5. Place sliced banana on top of oats.
6. Top bananas with Greek Yogurt mixture, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with toasted pecans if desired.
7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
