Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- pickle juice
- 1 egg
- 1 t coconut milk
- 1 t almond flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t paprika1/2 t each onion powder and garlic salt
- black pepper to taste coconut oil
Preparation
Step 1
1) soak chicken in pickle juice
2) beat egg with coconut milk, pour over chicken pieces
3)blend the seasonings and pour over chicken pieces
4) add coconut oil to hot skillet and cook chicken
