Ingredients

  • TOPPING:
  • 6 T butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Bake all (except topping ingredients) for 1 hour at 350.
Dribble topping over hot cake
