Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Swift's Premium chipped beef
  • 4 chicken breasts, boned
  • 4 strips bacon, thinly sliced
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 carton sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9 x 13 pyrex pan. Shred 1 jar Swift's Premium chipped beef, put in casserole. Split, bone chicken (if bone in). Roll each half and put one thin slice of bacon around it skewer with toothpick. Place chicken on chipped beef. Mix 2 cans mushroom soup and 1 carton of sour cream. Spoon over chicken. Bake 2 1/2 hour uncovered at 300

Serve with sauce spooned over it.
