Ingredients
- 1 lg boneless turkey breast
- 1/4 c. apple cider or apple juice
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put turkey breast in crock. Drizzle cider over. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours. Remove, let stand 15 minutes and slice
